Abstract:
Intestinal flora plays an important role in the occurrence and development of breast cancer (BC) by affecting hormone levels, participating in immune regulation and regulating metabolites. In recent years, studies have suggested that disordered intestinal flora plays an important role in the progression of obesity-related breast cancer through energy acquisition and lipid metabolism. Therefore, correcting intestinal flora imbalance may be a potential strategy for treatment of breast cancer in the future. This article will review the mechanism and related research of intestinal flora involved in the occurrence and development of obesity-related breast cancer, and provide new ideas for the treatment of obesity-related breast cancer.
