Abstract:
Effective analgesia after lung cancer surgery can improve the quality of postoperative recovery,and serratus anterior plane block is an emerging thoracic wall nerve block technique that may achieve complete paraesthesia of the hemithorax.It may be an viable alternative to current regional anaesthetic techniques for postoperative analgesia of lung cancer.The development of ultrasonic technology provides a platform for real-time and visual never block,which can improve the success rate of puncture and reduce the incidence of complications.This article reviews the mechanism of postoperative pain of lung cancer,commonly used analgesia methods after lung cancer surgery,and the clinical application of ultrasound-guided serratus anterior plane block.
