Abstract:
Objective:To explore the primary and secondary biological risk factors of cervical cancer and provide scientific evidence for prevention and control of cervical cancer in Yan'an.Methods:200 patients who diagnosed as cervical cancer from two tertiary hospitals in our city from January 2017 to September 2020 were selected as the case group.200 samples who matched with the age and residence of the case group in six regions of Yan'an City were selected as the control group for the case-control study.The survey content included the self-designed risk factors survey scale for cervical cancer,including pathogenic microorganism infection,menstrual history,reproductive history and family history.Results:There were statistically significant differences between the case group and the control group in cancer history of first-degree relatives,menopause,number of pregnancies≥4,age of first child birth<19,home delivery,treponema pallidum infection and high-risk HPV infection(χ2=11.559,9.814,4.968,28.281,27.951,8.578,273.125,P<0.05).Multivariate conditional logistic analysis showed that the cancerhistory of first-degree relatives(OR=4.924,95%CI=1.930~12.558),home delivery(OR=4.221,95%CI=2.030~8.777) and high-risk HPV infection(OR=119.762,95%CI=55.205~259.816) were biological risk factors of cervical cancer.Conclusion:The biological risk factors of cervical cancer in Yan'an women are complex,mainly high-risk HPV infection.The incidence rate of cervical cancer can be reduced through health education,improving the screening rate of cervical cancer and the vaccination rate of HPV vaccine.
