Abstract:
Objective:To explore the value of combined ratio of lymphocyte to C-reactive protein(LCR),platelet(PLT) and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) detection in differential diagnosis of colorectal cancer(CRC) and colorectal polyps(CPS) and in pathological staging of colorectal cancer. Methods:The clinical hematology data of 187 patients with CRC and 83 patients with CPS were retrospectively analyzed. Results:There were significant differences in LCR,PLT and CEA between the two groups(P<0.05).LCR was negatively correlated with TNM stage, local lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis(P<0.05).PLT and CEA were positively correlated with TNM stage, infiltration depth and distant metastasis(P<0.05).The receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC) area of LCR+PLT+CEA in differential diagnosis of CRC was 0.779.Conclusion:Combined detection of LCR,PLT and CEA is of great value for the differential diagnosis of CRC and CPS,and monitoring of LCR,PLT and CEA is of great significance for the pathological staging, depth of tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis of CRC,which may be related to the disease development of CRC patients.
