Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors in Fuzhou in 2018,and provide theoretical basis for the control and prevention of malignant tumors.Methods:The data of malignant tumors in Fuzhou in 2018 were collected and evaluated.The crude incidence and mortality,the age-standardized rate by Chinese standard population (ASR China) and by world standard population (ASR world),the constituent ratio,and the cumulative incidence rate (0~74 years old) were calculated.The common malignant tumors were analyzed.Results:In 2018,the crude incidence rate in Fuzhou was 288.36/100 000.ASR China and ASR world were 196.53/100 000 and 190.15/100 000.The cumulative rate (0~74 years old) was 21.91%.The mortality rate of malignant tumors in Fuzhou was 160.72/100 000,with ASR China of 98.02/100 000 and ASR world of 96.55/100 000,and the cumulative rate (0~74 years old) was 11.10%.Lung cancer,breast cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer and thyroid cancer were the most common malignant tumors in Fuzhou.The top five malignant tumors were lung cancer,gastric cancer,liver cancer,colorectal cancer and thyroid cancer in male,and lung cancer,breast cancer,thyroid cancer,colorectal cancer and gastric cancer in female.Conclusion:In 2018,the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors in Fuzhou were comparable to that in Fujian Province.The incidence of gastric cancer was higher,and the incidences of liver cancer and esophageal cancer were lower than that in Fujian Province.Lung cancer,female breast cancer,and gastric cancer were the most important malignant tumors,and should be the focus of cancer control and prevention in Fuzhou.
