Abstract:
Objective:To formulate the prevention plan of scalp adverse reactions related to electric field treatment of glioblastoma and explore the clinical application effect.Methods:38 patients with glioblastoma treated by tumor electric field from July 2019 to December 2020 were included in the control group and intervened according to the routine scalp management plan.40 patients from January 2021 to July 2022 were included in the observation group,and the control group was given the prevention and management plan of scalp adverse reactions related to electric field treatment of glioblastoma.The dermatological adverse event(dAE) after wearing electric field equipment for 6 weeks,health-related quality of life and treatment compliance after wearing electric field equipment for 3 months were compared.Results:After wearing electric field equipment for 6 weeks,the incidence of grade 1, grade 2 and grade 3 dAE in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.After treatment, the overall health score of QLQ-C30 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Pain,fatigue,nausea and vomiting,loss of appetite,diarrhea,constipation,insomnia and role score were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of emotion and cognition were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in social and economic influence,dyspnea and body score between the two groups(P>0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The development and implementation of the protocol for the prevention and management of scalp adverse events related to glioblastoma field therapy can effectively reduce the grade of scalp adverse events related to electric field therapy,improve treatment compliance and quality of life.
