Abstract:
Objective:To explore the correlation between the absolute value of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (MONO),neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR),platelet to lymphocyte ratio (PLR) and the occurrence of thyroid papillary carcinoma (PTC) and its lymph node metastasis (LNM).Methods:Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 205 PTC patients who underwent thyroidectomy at the Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Department of our hospital from June 2019 to September 2022,and 195 patients were included in the normal healthy control group.According to the postoperative pathological results,the PTC patients were divided into simple PTC group (128 cases) and PTC with lymph node metastasis group (77 cases)(Hereinafter referred to as "lymph node metastasis group").Single factor and multiple factor Logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors related to the occurrence and development of PTC.Results:Single factor analysis shows:Compared with normal healthy control group,the PTC group showed differences in gender,MONO,NLR,PLR,TSH,LYMPH and PLT (P<0.05).There were significant differences in patient age,MONO,NLR,PLR,WBC,NEUT,LYMPH,PLT,GLU and LMR between lymph node metastasis group and simple PTC group (P<0.05).There were differences in gender,NLR and PLR between patients with MONO high level and low level (P<0.05).Multifactor Logistic analysis shows:MONO,NLR and TSH were significantly associated with the risk of PTC (P<0.05).However,age,PLR were correlated with lymph node metastasis of PTC (P<0.05).The level of MONO in male was higher than that in female (P<0.05).When NLR≥1.70 or PLR<132.22,the higher the level of MONO in peripheral blood (P<0.05).Conclusion:MONO,NLR and TSH are important factors affecting the occurrence of PTC.The level of MONO is affected by gender and the level of NLR and PLR.PLR is an independent risk factor for lymph node metastasis of PTC.
