Abstract:
Lymph node metastasis(LNM) is one of the high-risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with cervical cancer, and the survival rate of those with LNM positive is significantly reduced,as the International Federation of Obstetrics and Gynecology(FIGO 2018) has included LNM status in the disease staging. Most of the studies are based on the pathological factors of radical hysterectomy(RH) specimens to analyze the LNM risk factors of cervical cancer. However, there are few literatures on whether the LNM status can be predicted before radical surgery. The purpose of this review was to retrieve the relevant literature on the relationship between pathological factors of conization specimens and LNM in patients with early-stage cervical cancer, and to analyze and summarize, with the aim to find out the factors related to LNM before RH of early-stage cervical cancer and analyze their clinical significance in predicting the risk of LNM of early-stage cervical cancer.
