Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the variation rule of heart rate variability (HRV) indexes in Lewis lung cancer mice,explore the HRV indexes for lung cancer diagnosis.Methods:70 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into a normal group with 20 mice and an experimental group (Lewis lung cancer model) with 50 mice.The experimental group was divided into the non-tumor-forming group and the tumor-forming group according to whether the modeling was successful.The HRV index values and statistical analysis of the mice in each group were recorded after modeling.Results:After modeling,there were 36 mice in the tumor formation group and 14 mice in the non-tumor formation group.All mice survived,including the control group.sdnn,rmssd,lf,and hf were statistically significant (P<0.05) by one-way ANOVA test and Kruskal-Wallis test,and the differences in sdnn among the three groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that sdnn,rmssd,lf,hf had a certain negative correlation with tumor (P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that sdnn and rmssd had a significant effect on the control group and the tumor group,and the non-tumor group and the tumor group (P<0.05).In the decision tree model,the feature importance of sdnn was the highest among the four indicators with statistically significant differences,followed by rmssd.ROC curve analysis showed that sdnn and rmssd had high diagnostic value for tumorigenesis in the three groups.The cut-off level of sdnn was 37.49 ms,the sensitivity was 97.2%,and the specificity was 91.2%.The cut-off level of rmssd was 52.82 ms,the sensitivity was 94.4%,and the specificity was 79.4%.Conclusion:Low levels of sdnn and rmssd may be independent risk factors for Lewis lung cancer transplantation.The decline of sdnn,rmssd,and hf in HRV can reflect autonomic disorder,which affects tumor progression.
