Abstract:
Objective:To understand the epidemic characteristics of malignant tumors in the Fourth Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from 2016 to 2020,and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control strategies of malignant tumors.Methods:Collect the medical records of patients with malignant tumors in Xinjiang Fourth Division from 2016 to 2020,analyze the clinical data of patients' gender,age and pathological types,and calculate the incidence of malignant tumors in the fourth division,China standard incidence and other indicators.Results:From 2016 to 2020,there were 2 612 new malignant tumor patients in the medical and health institutions at all levels of the Fourth Division,with an average annual crude incidence rate of 244.0/105,and the China standard incidence rate of 209.5/105,showing an upward trend.The overall incidence rate of women was higher than that of men(246.4/105 vs 241.7/105),and that of Han nationality was higher than that of ethnic minorities.There were two peaks in the onset age of the whole population,which are 50 years old and 77 years old respectively.The top 10 malignant tumors are malignant tumors of trachea/bronchus/lung,colorectal cancer,breast cancer,cervical cancer,prostate cancer,stomach cancer,primary liver cancer,endometrium cancer,esophageal cancer and thyroid cancer,accounted for about 73.4% of all cases.Among the units under the jurisdiction of the Fourth Division,the top four units were 69 regiments,72 regiments,73 regiments and 77 regiments,with the average annual incidence rates of 332.4/105,326.4/105,307.5/105 and 302.7/105 respectively.Conclusion:The incidence of malignant tumors in the Fourth Division is close to the national level,and the epidemic characteristics of each jurisdiction are different.Comprehensive prevention and control measures such as early diagnosis and treatment should be carried out according to different genders,ages and jurisdictions.
