Abstract:
Objective:Through the bibliometric statistics and visual analysis of liver cancer ferroptosis liver cancer,the research hotspot and development trend of this field in the past 9 years are discussed.Methods:Based on Web of Science core database,CiteSpace analysis software was used to conduct 2013-2022 visual analysis of the annual distribution,citation,countries,institutions,funds and key words,and co-occurrence and cluster analysis of key words.Results:Through 300 liver cancer ferroptosis literature visual analysis,according to the field post rising year by year,China is the largest country,center in the third.The largest institutions for Shanghai Jiao Tong university.Funding the field funding agency is the national natural science fund of China.Key word cluster analysis suggests liver cancer ferroptosis signal pathway.The related proteins,key enzymes,genes and the expression of transcription factors are the research hotspots liver cancer ferroptosis research.Conclusion:Targeted ferroptosis-related proteins,key enzymes,genes and transcription factors are new targets for liver cancer treatment,providing more insights for the clinical therapy of liver cancer,and providing new strategies for the development and development of liver cancer drugs.
