Abstract:
Thyroid nodules are by far the most common immune system disease.When patients have corresponding indications for cervical/carotid ultrasound(US),computed tomography(CT)or magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),the prevalence rate is high as 70%.Its pathogenesis is mainly related to heredity,inflammation,tumor,stress,radiation exposure and autoimmune system.This article reviews the progress of ultrasound and CT imaging research of thyroid nodules,to further improve the diagnostic level of thyroid nodules.
