Abstract:
Objective:To explore the superiority of digital reconstruction technology in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant melanoma from sacral nerve fiber.Methods:The imaging technology was combined with orthopedic 3D reconstruction technology to reconstruct the target bone tissue and soft tissue.The extent of tumor invasion in the sacral canal was evaluated,and the scope of surgically resected tumor was determined.Residual nerve function was evaluated before operation.Results:Mimics 17.0 software can segment area of interest(AOI) and then reconstruct the sacrum,ilium,nerve root and tumor tissue.Mimics 17.0 software and 3 matic software tools can visually show sacrum,ilium and nerve root were compressed and destructed by tumor tissue.The tumor volume and bone tissue loss were calculated.Conclusion:Digital orthopedics technology can more intuitively display the destructive extent of tumor,and then provide a digital basis for formulating accurate clinical surgical plans.An accurate treatment plan before surgery can quickly and effectively communicate with patients and their families,and can avoid conflicting between doctor and patient as much as possible.
