Abstract:
Objective:By detecting the expression of Th17 cells and related factors in NSCLC,the clinical significance of Th17 cells in NSCLC was discussed.Methods:41 NSCLC patients admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were selected as the NSCLC group,and 19 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the normal control group(NC group).Peripheral blood,cancerous tissues and adjacent tissues of patients with NSCLC and peripheral blood of peoples in NC group were collected.The level of Th17 cells in peripheral blood was detected by flow cytometry.The level of IL-17 in the homogenate supernatant of peripheral blood and lung tissues was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.IL-17(IL-17+cells) in tissues was detected by immunohistochemical staining.The levels of Th17 and IL-17 in peripheral blood,cancerous tissues and para-cancerous tissues of NSCLC patients with different pathological types and pathological stages were compared.Results:The levels of Th17 cells and IL-17 in peripheral blood of patients in NSCLC group were higher than those in NC group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Immunohistochemical tests showed that IL-17+ cells were positively expressed in cytoplasm with brown-brown color and tan color,and typical IL-17+ cells were significantly scattered in the tumor tissues and stained with brown color.The levels of Th17 and IL-17 in cancer tissues of NSCLC patients were higher than those in para-cancerous tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Th17 and IL-17 levels in peripheral blood of patients with different pathological types of lung squamous cell carcinoma and lung adenocarcinoma,as well as in cancerous tissues and para-cancerous tissues,were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Ⅲ-Ⅳ NSCLC,focal cancer tissue,tissue adjacent to carcinoma patients peripheral blood Th17,IL-17 levels were higher than Ⅰ-Ⅱ period,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of Th17 cells and its related factors in peripheral blood and cancer tissues of NSCLC patients was significantly upregaged and increased with the increase of tumor pathological stages,which may be related to the occurrence and development of NSCLC.
