Abstract:
Lymph node metastasis is one of the main ways of metastasis of colorectal cancer, and it is also an important factor affecting the prognosis of patients. In order to accurately assess the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer and to develop an optimal treatment plan, accurate patient staging is required. There are currently three lymph node staging methods, which are AJCC/UICC N stage, positive lymph node ratio (LNR) and log odds of positive lymph nodes (LODDS).The research progress of three lymph node staging methods is reviewed.
