Abstract:
Traditional oncology research relies on tumor cell lines to construct tumor models, and it determines tumor cell resistance on the basis of cells. However, most of the oncology drugs have failed in clinical trials. The most important reason is that cell lines can' t simulate the characteristics of tumor cells in the human microenvironment,so the application of 3D culture technology in cancer research is more extensive. This article mainly introduces the application of 3D culture technology in glioblastoma research.
