Abstract:

Objective：To explore the effect of hyperdosing oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets and morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets on the serum index of severe cancer pain, providing reference for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical cancer pain.Methods：A total of 192 cases of cancer pain treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected as study subjects,and randomly divided into two groups,including 96 cases of the control group receiving morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets,and 96 cases of the experimental group receiving oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets.The improvement of pain score,serological index and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results：After treatment,the pain scores of the two groups were superior to those of the control group,and the serum markers of substance P,beta-endorphins and 5-hydroxytryptamine were significantly improved,and the pain scores and serum indexes of the experimental group were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).The cure rate of the experimental group was 29.17%, the total effective rate was 91.67%,the cure rate of the control group was 14.58%, and the total effective rate was 72.92%,the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion：Compared with morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets,oxycodone hudrochloride prolonged-release tablets can effectively improve the pain score of patients, promote the recovery of their serologic indexes and facilitate the treatment effect.
