Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the expression and correlation of selenium binding protein 1 and cysteine protease in triple negative breast cancer patients.Methods:The clinical data of 120 cases of breast cancer patients were analyzed who received resected surgically in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017.The observation group(45 cases) was triple negative breast cancer patients,and the control group(75 cases) was non triple negative breast cancer patients.Western blot test was used to detect the expression of SBP-1 and Caspase-3 protein in two groups patients.The expression of SBP-1 and Caspase-3 in two groups were detected by test of chemical histochemistry.The expression of SBP-1 and Caspase-3 protein and the positive rate of SBP-1 and Caspase-3 were compared.The Spearman correlation of expression of SBP-1 and Caspase-3 in the patients with triple negative breast cancer was further studied.Results:The difference of histological grade between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.024).By the test of Western blot experiment,compared with the control group,the expression of SBP-1 and Caspase-3 protein in the breast cancer tissue of the observation group decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The positive rate of SBP-1 expression in the pathological tissue of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant[75.56%(34/45) vs 96.00%(72/75),P<0.001].The positive rate of Caspase-3 expression in the pathological tissue of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant[44.44%(20/45) vs 64.00%(48/75),P=0.037].By Spearman level correlation analysis,the expression of SBP-1 in triple negative breast cancer patients had a positive correlation with Caspase-3(P<0.001).Conclusion:The expression of SBP-1 of three negative breast cancer patients decreased.It is possible to promote the occurrence and development by inhibiting the mechanism of cell apoptosis,it provides new biological targets for the diagnosis and treatment for triple negative breast cancer patients.
