Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the relationship of miRNA-143 expression quantity in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC) and their pathological features.Methods:Adopting the Real time-PCR method to detect 60 cases of ESCC tissues and the expression quantity of normal esophageal tissue of the miRNA-143,also analyze the relationship between their expression quantity and clinical pathological features.Results:The miRNA-143 expression quantity is lower than the near normal esophageal tissue quantity in the ESCC.The miRNA-143 expression quantity is obviously(P<0.05)related to tumor stage,lymph node metastasis.No correlation (P>0.05) with the patients age,gender,tumor location and degree of tumor differentiation.The area under ROC curve was 0.875,and the sensitivity and specificity of diagonsis were 86.5% and 82.8% of miRNA-143.Conclusion:In the tumor tissue of the ESCC patients,the miRNA-143 expression quantity is obviously declined,and its expression is obviously.miRNA-143 may be one of the potential tumor markers of ESCC.
