Abstract:
The origins of cancer are far from being well understood. The current models of tumorigenesis include mini-driver mutations, proteins imbalance, centrosome amplification, mitochondrial dysfunction, stem division, cancer evolution, stromal senescence, field cancerization, cancer infectivity, nerve dependence,"big bang" model and abnormal cellular behaviors.Understanding these cancer models may hold implications for cancer therapy.
