Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the expression characteristics of estrogen and progesterone receptor protein in normal endometrium, atypical hyperplasia endometrium and endometrial carcinoma in endometrial carcinoma. To study the expression of estrogen and progesterone receptor in endometrial carcinoma correlation between protein expression and clinicopathological features and prognosis of treatment.Methods:79 cases of endometrial carcinoma specimens,48 cases of normal endometrial specimens and 51 cases of atypical hyperplasia endometrial specimens were retrospectively analyzed.Immunohistochemical method was used to evaluate the expression of estrogen and progesterone receptor protein, and to compare the expression of estrogen and progesterone receptor protein in normal endometrium, atypical hyperplasia endometrium and endometrial carcinoma, and to study the expression of estrogen and progesterone receptor protein in endometrial carcinoma clinicopathological features and prognosis of treatment. Results:The positive rate of estrogen and progesterone receptor protein(56.96%) in endometrial carcinoma was significantly higher(P<0.05).Than that in normal endometrium(27.08%) and positive rate in proliferative endometrium(39.22%,P<0.05).The positive expression rate of estrogen and progesterone receptor protein(21.16%) in G1 grade endometrial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in G2 and G3 grade endometrial carcinoma(P<0.05)(34.78% and 30.77%) indicated significantly different(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of estrogen and progesterone receptor protein(51.52%) was significantly higher in patients with endometrial carcinoma. The positive expression rates of estrogen and progesterone receptor protein(37.50%,29.41% and 46.15%) in patients with endometrial carcinoma indicated significantly different(P<0.05).The positive expression of estrogen and progesterone receptor in patients with endometrial carcinoma. The cumulative survival rate(86.67%) was significantly higher than that of negative expression(71.05%),and there was significant difference(χ2=1.556,P<0.05).Conclusion:Overexpression of estrogen and progesterone receptor protein plays an important role in the development of endometrial carcinoma, which can be used as a reference for the treatment of endometrial cancer.
