Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Lienal Polypeptide Injection combined with sequential chemo-radiation therapy in treating limited and advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:A total of 84 patients with limited and advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into observation group(42 cases) and control group(42 cases).Patients in the observation group were administrated with Lienal Polypeptide Injections when undergoing sequential chemo-radiation therapy,while patients in the control group were given only sequential chemo-radiation therapy.The general situation,clinical efficacy,side effectsand effect on T lymphocyte subsets of both groups were observed after therapy.Results:After therapy,the average KPS value in patients of the observation group was higher than control group(89.66±7.4 vs 80.24±6.8,P<0.05).The rate of efficiency and control in two groups were both no significant difference(P>0.05).The rate of hematologic toxicity and infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that control group(P<0.05).The observation group of T cell subgroup analysis the immune indexes was also significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During sequential chemo-radiation therapy,the addition of Lienal Polypeptide Injection will improve the general condition and the quality of life,reduce side effects of patients with limited and advanced non-small cell lung cancer,which is an effective treatment and worths further clinical application.
