Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the correlation between the common pathological types of renal cell carcinoma and the enhancement characteristics of CT.Methods:Retrospectivey analyse clinical data in 82 cases of renal cell carcinoma patients, with the pathological organization as the standard, the dynamic enhanced CT examination was performed in all patients.Situation of different subtypes of renal cell carcinoma was observed in CT performance and enhancement characteristics. Results:In clear cell carcinoma, cystic necrosis was most obvious, accounting for 91.49%,and compared with other pathological types there was significant difference (P<0.05).In chromophobe carcinoma, cystic necrosis, calcification, uniform was not obvious, and compared with clear cell carcinoma, papillary carcinoma there was significantl difference (P<0.05).In scan clear cell carcinoma had the lowest level, but in enhanced CT cortical phase, parenchymal phase and excretory phase had the highest level, and compared with the other two there was significantl difference (P<0.05).Papillary carcinoma and clear cell carcinoma in the above indicators was contrary.Chromophobe cell carcinoma had no obvious specificity.Tumor cortex enhancement index in clear cell carcinoma had the highest level, lowest in papillary carcinoma, with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Clear cell carcinoma, papillary carcinoma and chromophobe carcinoma in CT enhanced features have different performance.
