Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of 256 slice spiral CT (256-MSCT) in the condition of low contrast agent,and to evaluate the prognosis of pulmonary embolism.Methods:Collected 20 patients with pulmonary emboolism examined by 256 MSCT pulmonary artery CTA.To analyze the data acquisition of multi planar reconstruction (MPR),three-dimensional reconstruction (VR) and reconstruction of pulmonary embolism in various image features.Results:There were 5 cases of lobar pulmonary artery embolism,6 cases of pulmonary artery embolism,9 cases of subsegmental pulmonary embolism.Conclusion:The 256 slice spiral CT can accurately display the pulmonary embolism in the small pulmonary artery of the lung.
