Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the expression of ADAM9 protein and gene in human breast cancer cell lines.Methods:Western blot analysis was used to determine ADAM9 protein expression in breast cancer cell lines,Real-time PCR analysis for exogenous ADAM9 expression from breast cancer cell lines.Results:Expression of ADAM9 protein was higher in MDA-MB-231 than the other cell lines and expression of ADAM9 gene was lower than the others in 4T1.Conclusion:ADAM9 protein was highly expressed in MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cell lines.
