Abstract:
In China,a majority of malignant tumor patients are at middle-advanced stages when diagnosed,which means loss of the surgery opportunity.Chemotherapy is the main treatment for malignant tumor of middle-advanced stage.However,multidrug resistance of cancer cells is one of the main obstacles to successful cancer treatment,and it's one of the main factors resulting in treatment difficulties and disease relapses,because of the tumor lost the sensibility to the chemotherapeutic agemts,the chemotherapy treatment in clinical always come out unsatisfactory,and it leads to a bad prognosis.This article aims at elaborating the mechanisms of multidrug resistance in malignant tumor.
