Abstract:
Objective:To investigate perioperative extension intervention of the postoperative patients with breast cancer.Methods:Two hundreds patients were divided into 2 groups randomly and underwent routine nursing and extension nursing services respectively.We compared the incidence of complications and postoperative life and care and satisfaction of the two groups.Results:The incidence of postoperative lymphedema of upper limb and subcutaneous effusion and depression and anxiety and limb function recovery of extension nursing services patients were obviously lower than those of routine nursing patients (P＜0.05).The satisfaction of extension nursing services patients were obviously higher than those of routine nursing patients (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Extension nursing services can effectively reduce the incidence of complcations and improve the physical and mental state of patients.It can also improve the doctor-patient relationship and can contribute to the rapid development of the nursing profession.
