Abstract:
Surgical surgery is the main treatment method for solid tumors, and perioperative anesthesia and pain management are closely related to postoperative rehabilitation, and may even affect tumor recurrence, metastasis, and long-term prognosis of patients.Compared with opioid anesthesia, opioid free anesthesia (OFA) can reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting, improve the immune suppression caused by postoperative traumatic stress response, enhance the body's anti-tumor immune ability, and promote rapid postoperative recovery of patients. This article reviews the clinical application progress of OFA in tumor surgery, providing reference for perioperative anesthesia management.
