Abstract:
Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of a new microcirculation observation scale after maxillofacial tumor resection and repair reconstruction.Methods:From June 2019 to May 2021,160 patients who underwent maxillofacial tumor resection and repair reconstruction in our department were selected,were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method and 80 cases in each group.The control group and the experimental group used conventional observation methods to observe tissue valve blood supply.In the experimental group,a new microcirculation observation scale was used to observe tissue valve blood supply,and the observation-operation time and rescue success rate of vascular crisis after repair and reconstruction were compared between the two groups.Results:Vascular crisis observation-the operation time in the experimental group was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The success rate of tissue valve rescue in the experimental group was 90.91%,which was higher than that of the control group by 50.00%,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application of the new microcirculation observation scale is conducive to the early detection of tissue valve vascular crisis by medical staff,timely and effective measures for rescue,and effectively ensure the survival of secondary exploration of tissue valve after repair and reconstruction,which can be popularized and used.
