Abstract:
Colorectal cancer is one of the most common digestive tract malignancies,and its morbidity and mortality ranks third and second in malignant tumors,respectively,and it is a serious threat to human health.The treatment of colorectal cancer with traditional Chinese medicine is based on the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and is characterized by compound therapy and multi-target action.It has become a major feature of the clinical treatment of colorectal cancer in our country.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer is closely related to "spleen deficiency",and the treatment of colorectal cancer from the perspective of "spleen deficiency" has achieved good therapeutic effects,showing the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in prolonging the overall survival of patients and improving the quality of life.Therefore,by screening and analyzing the relevant literature in recent years,this paper expounds the modern theory of traditional Chinese medicine treating colorectal cancer from "spleen deficiency" from the perspectives of TCM's understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of colorectal cancer,and clinical and experimental research on the treatment of colorectal cancer by strengthening the spleen,so that it will further consolidate the foundation for the treatment of colorectal cancer by strengthening the spleen.
