Abstract:
The incidence of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) is 100% during the treatment with anticancer drugs, and the occurrence of CIPN is an extremely complex pathological process.Currently, there is still a lack of effective molecular methods in clinical practice,so it is urgent to find the key prevention and treatment targets.More and more studies have shown that transient receptor potential (TRP) channels are closely related to the occurrence and development of CIPN.Effective blocking of TRP channels can inhibit the development process of CIPN,and targeting of TRP channels brings a new penetrating point for the treatment of CIPN.Therefore, this paper mainly reviews relationship between TRP channels and CIPN,and the relevant research progress of targeting TRP channels in the prevention and treatment of CIPN,hoping to provide new ideas for the clinical prevention and treatment of CIPN.
