Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the safety and efficacy of 3D-printed laser working sheath connecting with cystoscope with holmium laser for en bolc transurethral resection of bladder tumor.Methods:The clinical data of 92 cases of non-muscular invasive bladder tumor were analyzed retrospectively,including laser working sheath matching F21 cystoscope combined with holmium laser block resection group(laser working sheath group,n=52) and transurethral resection group(electroresection group,n=40).The operation time,bladder irrigation time,qualified rate of pathological examination,complication rate and postoperative follow-up recurrence rate were compared between the two groups,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:All the 92 patients completed the operation,of which 4 patients in the electroresection group underwent open partial cystectomy because of physiological urethral stricture.There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05),but the qualified rate of pathological examination in the laser working sheath group was higher than that in the electroresection group,and the complication rate and postoperative recurrence rate in the laser working sheath group were lower than those in the electroresection group.Conclusion:3D-printed laser working sheath connecting with F21 cystoscope with holmium laser for en bloc transurethral resection is safe,effective and novel treatment of bladder cancer patients.
