Abstract:
This paper summarizes the limitations of the main serum indicators of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),the discovery of circulating tumor cells,the commonly used detection methods and their value in screening malignant tumors,especially the research progress of circulating tumor cells in the early diagnosis,prognosis evaluation,distant metastasis and recurrence of HCC in recent years,which is a new indicator of great clinical significance at present.
