Abstract:
Tumor infiltrating lymphocytes(TILs) exert a vital effect on the tumor microenvironment,and different cell subsets play anti-tumor or pro-tumor roles during tumor progression.TILs mainly include T lymphocytes,B lymphocytes and natural killer cells.These cells can mature,differentiate and take effect under the stimulation of various factors,which participate in the tumor immune response.Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) is a group of pleiotropic regulators,which is associated with a variety of physiological and pathological processes.LncRNA can mediate the maturation and differentiation of TILs through regulating the release of cytokines and participate in relevant immunomodulatory signaling processes to regulate tumor immune function.Therefore,the correlation between aberrant expressed lncRNA and TILs might serve as a potential target of tumor diagnosis and treatment.
