Abstract:
Objective:To through the bioinformatics big data analysis method,the TCGA database and Oncomine database were analyzed to explore the biomarkers and drug targets related to the prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma.Methods:Based on the RNA-seq data of TCGA,the key gene set was determined by WGCNA analysis with R 4.0.2.Protein interaction network(PPI) analysis was carried out by STRING,and the key genes regulating protein expression in LUAD were screened.The biomarkers that determine the prognosis of LUAD were analyzed by Oncomine.Results:In this study,a key module was obtained,including 549 genes,which were closely related to cilia movement,the metabolic process of heterogeneous organisms,and the negative regulation of potassium transmembrane transporter activity.20 key node genes were obtained by PPI analysis.The high expression of CCNO in lung cancer was confirmed by comprehensive analysis of Oncomine database,and the results of survival analysis showed that it was closely related to the prognosis of patients with LUAD.Conclusion:In this study,through the comprehensive data analysis of TCGA and Onomine,it is found that CCNO may play an important role in the occurrence and development of LUAD.
