Abstract:
Objective:To understand the damage of cisplatin inhalation to rats' ovarian function,and to explore whether activated carbon masks have a protective effect on cisplatin.Methods:Sixty adult female SD rats were randomly divided into blank group,activated carbon group,common group and positive group.The blank group was only given normal saline nebulized inhalation,and the other groups were given cisplatin 2 mg/kg nebulized inhalation once a day for 2 months.The serum estrogen levels of the rats in each group were tested regularly,and the ovarian tissues of the rats were taken for pathological section observation on the 15 th,30 th,and 60 th days after the start of the experiment.Results:In the early stage of nebulization,there were no significant changes in estrogen levels and ovarian pathology in rats in each group.After 60 days of nebulization,the estrogen level of each cisplatin nebulization group was significantly lower than before,and the pathology of the ovarian tissue showed reduced ovarian volume,increased follicular atresia,and interstitial fibrosis.Conclusion:Nebulized inhalation of cisplatin has a certain damage to the ovarian function of rats,and this damage is progressively aggravated with time.Activated carbon mask has no obvious protective effect on ovarian function damage caused by atomized cisplatin.
