Abstract:
Objective:The differentially expressed genes (DEGs),differentially expressed lncRNA (DElncRNA) and their upstream miRNA,screened from the lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) data set were used to construct the competitive endogenous RNA network (ceRNA),of LUAD to explore the possible targets of quercetin.Methods:The LUAD gene and lncRNA expression dataset were searched and screened from GEO and TCGA,and the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) was enriched and functionally annotated.Online database prediction miRNA and long non-coding RNA (lncRNA),were used to establish ceRNA regulatory network,and the drug target of quercetin was determined by network pharmacological analysis to explore the molecular mechanism of quercetin in the treatment of LUAD.Results:The ceRNA regulatory networks of AURKA,upstream hsa-miR-363-3p,AP000553.1,LINC00858 and AL354707.1 were constructed,and quercetin was well docked with 5DOS.Conclusion:AP000553.1,LINC00858,AL354707.1 and hsa-miR-363-3p competitively regulate AURKA,and further affect the prognosis of LUAD.Quercetin can act on AURKA.
