Abstract:
Objective:To detect the levels of anterior gradient 2 (AGR2) and CD3+T cell in the serum of borderline ovarian tumors patients,and to explore the value of the two levels in the differential diagnosis of borderline ovarian tumors.Methods:From July 2017 to December 2019,49 patients with borderline ovarian tumors were admitted and diagnosed in our hospital as the study object (borderline ovarian tumors group).At the same time,68 patients with benign epithelial tumor were selected as the control group (benign epithelial tumor group).The final diagnosis was based on the pathological results.General date of the two groups patients were analyzed.The level of AGR2 in serum was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The levels of CD3+T cell,CD4+T cell and CD8+T cell of T cell subsets were detected by flow cytometry,and the factors influencing the occurrence of borderline ovarian tumors were analyzed.The diagnostic value of AGR2 and CD3+T cell levels in borderline ovarian tumors was analyzed by receiver operator characteristic curve (ROC).Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,pregnancy,delivery and clinical manifestations (P>0.05).The level of AGR2 in borderline ovarian tumors group was significantly higher than that in benign epithelial tumor group,the levels of CD3+T cell,CD4+T cell and CD8+T cell were significantly higher than those in benign epithelial tumor group (P<0.05).The level of AGR2 was the risk factor of ovarian borderline tumor,and the level of CD3+T cell was the protective factor of ovarian borderline tumor (P<0.05).The area under curve (AUC) of serum AGR2 and CD3+T cell in the diagnosis of borderline ovarian tumors were 0.833 (95%CI:0.750~0.925),0.800 (95%CI:0.721~0.879) respectively.The specificity was 98.5% and 79.4% respectively,and the sensitivity was 65.3% and 67.3% respectively.The AUC of combined diagnosis of borderline ovarian tumors was 0.892 (95%CI:0.828~0.956).The specificity was 94.1%,and the sensitivity was 73.5%.Conclusion:The level ofserum AGR2 and CD3+T cellis involved in the occurrence and development of borderline ovarian tumors,which has potential application value in the diagnosis of borderline ovarian tumors.
