Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in the phyllodes tumor of the breast(PTB).Methods:To investigate the characteristics of CEUS images of 42 PTBs according to the pathologic diagnosis,then to compare the differences between benign PTB and the malignant one.Results:Among the 42 PTBs,21 were benign,5 were borderline and 16 were malignant tumors.The character of the CEUS feature showed the non-benign PTB lesions were mainly manifested by high enhancement,uneven enhancement,part of filling defect,unclear boundaries after enhancement,obvious enlargement of the mass after angiography.The enhancement degree,enhancement mode,enhancement boundary of benign and non-benign lesions were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The CEUS features of the PTB are multiple,which is helpful in differential diagnosis of PTB mass.
