Abstract:
Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world and in china.In the past ten years,the incidence and fatality rate of the disease have shown an obvious upward trend.Its occurrence is a multi-factor and multi-step process,such as heredity,environment,microorganism and so on.More and more studies have shown that Clostridium nucleosus (Fusobacterium nucleatum,Fn) plays an important role in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.To study how Clostridium nucleosus promotes the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer and how it affects the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer is of great significance for our diagnosis and prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer.In this paper,the latest progress is reviewed.
