Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate application value of SPECT/CT fusion tomographyimaging in diagnosis of pheochromocytoma.Methods:Twenty-seven patients diagnosed for pheochromocytoma by histopathological analysis as the experimental group.The differences with SCT,SPECT and SPECT/CT fusion tomography imaging were compared in the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value,negative predictive value.Results:In the experimental group,37 lesions were confirmed by SCT,SPECT and SPECT/CT fusion tomography imaging.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the three methods for the diagnosis of pheochromocytoma were 89.28%,81.81%,86.00%,86.20%,85.71% and 96.55%,85.71%,92.00%,90.32%,94.73% and 100%,87.50%,96.00%,94.44%,100%,respectively.Conclusion:Sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of SPECT/CT fusion tomography imaging were higher than SCT and SPECT imaging in diagnosis of pheochromocytoma.SPECT/CT tomography is the preferred method for diagnosing pheochromocytoma,but SCT and SPECT scintigraphy can be used as an effective complement on pheochromocytoma by conventional methods.
