Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effects of different vacuum tubes and sample storage time on the detection results of neuron specific enolase(NSE).Methods:In October 2017,totally 80 persons were selected from Baoding Second Central Hospital.The venous blood of each patient was spil into 4 normal tubes and 4 heparin tubes.NSE was then measuered by Roche E601.NSE of each tube was detected after 1,2,4,24 h of blood separating.Results:There was no significant difference in the NSE of 1 h and 2 h for two different tubes(P>0.05).There was statistical difference in the NSE of 4 h and 1 h,24 h and 1 h(P<0.05).To two tubes,concentration and positive rate of 1 h,4 h,24 h for NSE were significant differences(P<0.05). There were significant differences between 4 h and 24 h(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in 1 h and 2 h(P>0.05).Concentration and positive rate of 4 h and 24 h for NSE had signifficant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:With extension of time,there was an impact on the result of NSE in heparin tubes and normal tubes,and there were significant differences on the concentration and positive rate.
