Abstract:
Objective:To analyze risk factors of arrhythmia in elderly tumor patients.Methods:The clinical data of 324 elderly tumor patients who were treated in the hospital from August 2015 to September 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients with arrhythmia were included in the observation group,the patients without arrhythmia were included in the control group.Clinic-related data were compared between the two groups.The factors affecting occurrence of arrhythmia in elderly tumor patients were analyzed.Results：Of the 324 patients,and there were 98 cases with occurrence of arrhythmia during hospitalization,and the occurrence rate of arrhythmia was 30.25%(98/324).Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis found that age,history of cardiovascular disease,history of arrhythmia,complications of other diseases,acid-base balance,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,hypothyroidism,brain injury,hypokalemia and neoadjuvant chemotherapy were risk factors for occurrence of arrhythmia in elderly tumor patients(OR=1.166,95%CI 1.005～1.354.OR=1.279,95%CI 1.027～1.593.OR=1.359,95%CI 1.100～1.680.OR=1.324,95%CI 1.080～1.624.OR=1.405,95%CI 1.033～1.911.OR=1.507,95%CI 1.229～1.848.OR=1.443,95%CI 1.072～1.944.OR=1.361,95%CI 1.076～1.722.OR=1.581,95%CI 1.041～2.400.OR=1.293,95%CI 1.110～1.507,P＜0.05),while postoperative analgesia was protective factor(OR=0.662,95%CI 0.548～0.799,P＜0.05).Conclusion：There are many factors that cause arrhythmia in elderly tumor patients.It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of arrhythmia,pay attention to risk factors,early prevent and treat,improve the quality of life of patients in the late stage.
