Abstract:
Objective:To explore the potential active components and mechanism of Qinghuang Powder on the treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) through network pharmacology.Methods:The BATMAN-TCM platform was used to collect the active components and target information of Realgar and Indigo Naturals.The gene of MDS was collected by GeneCards and PALM-IST platform.The "drug-active components-target" network was constructed and visualized by Cytoscape 3.2.1.The network topology was analyzed using the network analyzer.The STRING database was used for gene interaction analysis.The Metascape database was used for gene ontology (GO) analysis and KEGG signal pathway enrichment analysis.Results:As a result,54 important target genes with degrees of freedom≥2.Gene enrichment analysis showed that Qinghuang Powder plays a role in the treatment of MDS by regulating Oxidative stress,inflammatory response,energy metabolism and apoptosis.Conclusion:The study preliminarily explained the potential active components and mechanism of Qinghuang Powder on the treatment of MDS based on network pharmacology,revealed the effect characteristics of which was multi-component,multi-target and multi-channel integration regulation,and provided the basis for further experimental research.
