Abstract:
PI3K/Akt signal transduction pathway is abnormally activated in many tumors,which affects the function of many target molecules.It plays a key role in the process of tumor formation and development,and participates in the process of cell proliferation,apoptosis,differentiation cycle regulation,invasion and migration,angiogenesis and so on.Inhibiting PI3K/Akt signaling pathway has become a research hotspot in cancer therapy.Tumor therapy strategies targeting key molecules of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway have developed rapidly.This article reviews the composition,function,regulation of PI3K/Akt pathway and its relationship with tumor formation,development and treatment.
