Abstract:
Objective:To explore the feasibility of low concentration contrast medium and low-dose in CT enhanced imaging of pulmonary nodules.Methods:Routine chest examination revealed pulmonary nodules should be performed CT scans of 40 patients increased.According to body mass index BMI:18~26 kg/m2 there were two groups:conventional dose,high osmolar contrast,using filtered back projection reconstruction and low dose,isotonic low concentration contrast,iterative reconstruction.Results:Under the condition of 100 kV scanning,the reconstructed image quality under the condition of 40%ASIR iterative reconstruction and 120 kV scanning was not statistically significant with FBP filter back projection(P>0.05).The dose length product and effective dose in the control group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Isotonic low concentration contrast agent(iodixanol 270 mgI/mL) lower tube voltage(100 kV) in pulmonary nodule enhancement CT imaging,joint ASIR technology makes the image noise reduction,image quality improvement,at the same time by lower radiation dose.The minimum dose of radiation was achieved to obtain the CT images that were required for clinical diagnosis.
