Abstract:
Objective：To investigate the clinical application of scalp flower acupuncture in the treatment of patients with insomnia after tumor chemotherapy and its superiority.Methods：A total of 200 patients with tumors that underwent chemotherapy in the oncology department of our hospital from February 2014 to November 2017 were enrolled.All patients were accompanied by different degrees of insomnia after chemotherapy.They were divided into treatment group (100 cases) and control group (100 cases) by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional scalp acupuncture，and the treatment group was treated with scalp flower needle to evaluate the difference between curative effect on the two groups.Results：The total effective rate was 92.0% in the treatment group and 84.0% in the control group.There was no significant difference in the data (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the PSQI score of the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05).The quality of life scores of the patients in the two groups were significantly improved.And the treatment groups was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11.00%，which was significantly lower than that of the control group (30.00%，P<0.05).Follow-up survey showed that the recurrence rate of insomnia in the treatment groups was 9.00%，which was significantly lower than that in the control group 29.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion：The scalp flower acupuncture has obvious effects on insomnia after tumor chemotherapy.It has the advantages of convenient operation，less side effects，high safety and is worthy of clinical application.
