Abstract:
Objective:To explore the application of HPV testing (Human papillomavirus testing) combined TCT testing (thinprep cytology testing) in early cervical cancer screening.Methods:From January 2018 to June 2018,1 348 persons who underwent HPV and TCT testing in Gansu Wuwei Tumor Hospital were selected.Cervical biopsy was conducted for abnormal results,and then HPV,TCT and cervical biopsy results were compared and analyzed.Results:In the TCT group from low to high,the positive rates of HPV were 23.16%,36.36%,65.00%,75.00% and 100.00% in turn.In the pathological biopsy tissue from low to high,the positive rates of HPV were 36.87%,69.48%,85.00%,100.00% and 100% in turn.The positive rates of TCT were 33.18%，56.49%，70.00%，100.00%，100.00% in turn.All above indicated that the positive levels of HPV and TCT were increased with the histological level.The detection sensitivity above CINⅡ showed TCT were 71.84%~75.00%.HPV were 73.42%~75.00%.TCT+HPV were 97.63%~100.00%.As a screening method for cervical cancer,TCT+HPV tests were significantly better than single HPV or single TCT tests.Conclusion：HPV combined TCT testing can improve the positive rate of cervical disease screening,effectively reduce and avoid missed diagnosis.
