Abstract:
Objective:To investigate CT and MRI differential diagnosis between hepatocellular carcinoma with bile duct tumor thrombi(HCCBDTT)and cholangiocellular carcinoma(CCA).Methods:The CT,MRI datas of 46 patients with HCCBDTT and 48 patients with CCA confirmed by pathology were analzyed retrospectively.The CT and MRI signs were statistically analyzed by two independent samples of t test and χ2 test,and the difference between the two groups with P<0.05 had statistical significant.Results:The CT and MRI signs such as,with or without capsule,hepatic lobe atrophy,intrahepatic bile duct dilatation,cirrhosis,portal vein tumor thrombus,portal vein slender,bile duct stones,retroperitoneal lymph nodes,CT enhancement mode and conventional enhancement T1WI scan signal had significant statistical differences.Conclusion:Some of the clinical symptoms and CT,MRI features between HCCBDTT and CCA may overlap,however,the comprehensive analysis combined with multiple statistical different signs has important clinical value for the differential diagnosis of these two diseases.
