Abstract:
Objective：To investigate the sonographic performance of ovarian steroid cell tumors.Methods：The clinical data and sonographic images of 21 patients with pathologically confirmed ovarian steroid cell tumors were retrospectively analyzed.Results：Ultrasound performance of ovarian steroid cell tumor：21 lesions in 21 patients，1 case missed，and the remaining 20 cases were all unilateral solid oval solid masses.The internal echoes were uneven and 11 cases（11/20) were moderate or moderately mixed echoes，8 cases（8/20) were hypoechoic，1 case（1/20) was hyperechoic.No calcifications were seen internally.Color Doppler showed 0-grade blood supply in 2 cases，and I-grade blood supply in 6 cases.There were 4 cases of grade Ⅱ blood supply，8 cases of grade Ⅲ blood supply，and 13 cases（13/21) of pelvic effusion.Conclusion：The sonographic features of SCT have certain characteristics，but the imaging of tumor with <1 cm is easy to be missed diagnosis.Ultrasound is often misdiagnosed as subserosal fibroid when located near the uterus.It is necessary to pay attention to differential diagnosis，combined with clinical manifestations of patients，to increase the preoperative detection rate of SCT.
